I have a support question and emailed you. When can I expect to hear back?

Emails are  officially monitored Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. Inquiries are handled in the order they are received. You will likely hear back within a few hours or less, but please allow 24 hours for a response. If emailing over the weekend or after hours, you will likely still hear from us quickly, but please do not be alarmed if you don’t receive as rapid a response.


My package says it was delivered but it has not arrived. What should I do?

Please wait 24 hours before panicking! Occasionally, package carriers can make errors and say an item was delivered when it was not. After 24 hours, please reach out to your local carrier
